Our Floorsanding Process
All of our floors are sanded with a Lagler (German 200mm Belt sander ) From 24 grit to 60 grit to get the floor nice and flat. We then use a multidisc orbital finishing sander from 80 to 120 finishing with a mesh screed to take all of the sanding marks out and leave your floor flat and smooth, ready for the finish of your choice.
Full process
Every floor is unique, highlighting its special features and appeal, but the restoration steps are consistent. We start by properly hammering down all the nails to create a smooth surface, which prepares for the sanding and refinishing steps.
